Position Overview: As a Graphic Designer you will play a pivotal role in the conceptualization and creation of visual assets for our diverse range of events and media campaigns. You\'ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling designs that resonate with our target audience and enhance our brand identity. Key Responsibilities: Design Creation: Develop visually appealing designs, including but not limited to event branding, digital and print collateral, social media graphics, presentations, advertisements, and promotional materials. Conceptualization: Generate innovative ideas and concepts that align with project requirements, brand guidelines, and the overall vision of each event or campaign. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, content creation, and event management teams to understand project goals, target audience, and messaging to ensure cohesive and effective design solutions. Brand Consistency: Uphold brand standards and guidelines across all visual elements while contributing to the evolution and improvement of the brand\'s design language. Deadline Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality designs while adhering to project timelines and objectives. Software Proficiency: Utilize industry-standard software (Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) to create designs while staying updated on the latest design trends and tools. Feedback Integration: Welcome and incorporate constructive feedback to refine designs and enhance their effectiveness. Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
• Proven experience (3-5 years) working as a Graphic Designer, preferably in the media or event management industry.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other relevant design tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and creative solutions.
• Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
• Ability to collaborate effectively, communicate ideas, and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Adaptability and openness to feedback with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Knowledge of video editing or motion graphics is a plus.
