Job Description

: BioGenius Labs is seeking a creative and talented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a pivotal role in translating complex scientific concepts and data into compelling visual materials. Your designs will help convey the groundbreaking work we do and communicate it to a wide range of audiences, from fellow scientists to the general public. Type: Full-time Working Hours: 5 days a week, 9 AM to 5 PM Key Responsibilities:

Create visually stunning and informative graphics for a variety of platforms, including print, digital, presentations, and social media.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including researchers, scientists, and marketers, to understand their graphic design needs and deliver effective solutions.
Develop and maintain visual branding guidelines for BioGenius Labs to ensure a consistent and professional image.
Design and produce marketing collateral, including brochures, posters, infographics, and product packaging.
Produce illustrations, charts, and diagrams to visualize complex scientific data.
Enhance and edit images to ensure high-quality visuals for research publications and marketing materials.
Stay up-to-date with design trends and innovative software/tools to optimize creative output.

Requirements:

Bachelor\'s degree in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and professional work.
Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Strong knowledge of typography, layout, color theory, and design principles.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Highly organized with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Passion for science and the ability to translate complex scientific concepts into engaging visuals.
