Job Summary: Looking for a Graphic Designer in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to understand project goals, target audience, as well as design requirements
• Plan concepts by studying relevant information and materials
• Develop innovative and captivating design concepts for a range of materials
• Produce high-quality visual assets that align with brand guidelines and effectively convey the desired message
• Create and manipulate images, graphics, as well as other visual elements using industry-standard design software
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, techniques, and best practices, and incorporate them into your work
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of all materials
• Collect feedback and make necessary revisions based on input from team members and stakeholders
• Maintain organized files and assets, ensuring easy access and retrieval for future use
• Prepare finished art by operating necessary equipment and software
• Coordinate with outside agencies, art services, web designer, marketing, printers, and colleagues as necessary
• Ensure meeting work deadlines

Job Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Graphic Designing, Visual Communication, or a related field of study
• Proven experience as a graphic designer, showcasing a strong portfolio of diverse design projects
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition
• Excellent creative thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and motion graphics is a plus
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and interpret project requirements
