Our graphic designer will be closely working with the Marketing and Content Creation Team, to create visual imagery and concepts that help in communicating ideas that inspire, inform and captivate consumers. We are looking for a highly creative graphic designer who can take conceptual ideas and create visual representations, both in electronic and print media. Our ideal candidate will have expert knowledge of current design software and be skilled in every step of the design process from concept to the final deliverable. The successful candidate will understand branding and marketing, with the ability to vary style and layouts depending on the project. Any knowledge of or interest in the healthcare field would be a plus but is not required. Duties and Responsibilities \xe2\x80\xa2 Work on a wide range of projects and media, visualize and develop innovative graphic designs that meet business goals \xe2\x80\xa2 Obtain input from management and marketing team, ensuring designs meet organizational standards and brand expectations, express ideas accurately. \xe2\x80\xa2 Work independently and cooperatively on multiple projects with the marketing team, meeting deadlines and budget constraints, and self-scheduling project implementation based on workload, which may include five or more simultaneous projects. \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop eye-catching content templates that can be edited or customized to suit the needs of the project \xe2\x80\xa2 Update and maintain internal databases of designs, photography, and video \xe2\x80\xa2 Produce multiple pieces of content every day \xe2\x80\x93 social posts, digital ads, video assets, etc. \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop concepts and execute original content determining ideal usage of color, text, font style, imagery, and layout \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage the design and uploading process of all project material, understanding best practices for using a content management system \xe2\x80\xa2 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in graphic design, art, or a similar discipline \xe2\x80\xa2 Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills \xe2\x80\xa2 (academic and/or professional) with design software, including Illustrator, InDesign, PhotoshoP etc. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proven experience with graphic design with a strong portfolio of work \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent communication and presentation skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment \xe2\x80\xa2 Detail-oriented and highly organized \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to prioritize and function efficiently with multiple tasks \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong organization skills and attention to detail \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to work both autonomously and within a team environment \xe2\x80\xa2 You will be working in the office; this is NOT a remote position Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
