Job Description

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for the entire process of defining requirements, visualizing, and creating graphics. Key Responsibilities

Design original pieces, including infographics.
Work with creative staff to formulate and pitch concepts to clients.
Refine images, fonts and layouts using graphic design software.
Develop, design, and produce graphic art that satisfies a creative brief.
Continuous learning to keep skills and industry knowledge current.
Design and draft marketing emailers.
Design all posts for social media and take photos.
Design all marketing collateral.
Mockups and Render for a few stands and walls.
Pitch unique ideas for design projects.
Collaborate with senior designer and design team to produce the final product.
Use the best design methods, applications, software, and techniques to work on the project.
Create drafts and models for review and amend designs after feedback.
Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
Take on specific tasks to support many projects underway.
Produce logos, banners, and interfaces.
Meet tight deadlines.
All the above accountabilities include but are not limited to any additional/new tasks or responsibilities the line manager assigns.

Job Specification

3- 5 years of UAE experience in a similar role within the events industry
A good portfolio of past design and creative projects
Knowledge of 3D max or Sketchup, typography, color, and production
Excellent knowledge and Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, After Effects, Premier Pro, & Illustrator
A keen eye for detail, Time management, and multitasking abilities
Leadership, Teamwork, problem-solving attitude, and creativity skills
Energetic, positive, and ready to take on and overcome design challenges.
Ability and willingness to quickly adapt to new technologies.
Ability to take in constructive criticism and produce quality work.
Motivate and display a professional attitude to inspire other team members.
BSc/BA in Design or a related field and After Effects, Premier Pro are an added advantage.
