Job Summary: Looking for a Graphic Designer in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

• Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with multiple teams or clients on a wide range of materials including web pages, presentations, programming collateral, signage, internal communications, newsletters, as well as marketing materials
• Turn strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity
• Manage the design and uploading process for all project materials, based on best practices for using a content management system
• Ensure all designs are optimized for different devices and screen sizes, providing a seamless user experience
• Create and execute visual concepts, brand identities, marketing collaterals, as well as digital assets, maintaining a consistent and cohesive visual style
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to project timelines and meeting deadlines
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, as well as techniques, continuously improving the quality of design output
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of our brand guidelines, ensuring consistency in all design materials
• Update and maintain internal databases for designs, photography, and video
• Obtain input from managers to ensure that designs meet organizational standards and brand expectations, express ideas accurately, and represent the company or client appropriately

Job Qualifications and Experience

• Should hold a Bachelor\'s Degree in Graphic Designing, Visual Arts, or a related field of study
• Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar creative role required
• Should have a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and styles
• Expertise in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
• Must have a solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, as well as layout composition
• Experience in creating designs for both digital and print media
• Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients
• Strong time management and organizational abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously
