We are currently recruiting for a Graphic Designer for the trusted client to be based out of their office in Dubai.

Purpose:

Improve the Brand image and produce artwork which is in line with company\xe2\x80\x99s corporate and brand strategy.

Artwork & Design

• Conceptualize, plan, design. and execute graphic art design and production of corporate multimedia and print communications, achieving a high standard level of design quality governed by corporate identity standards, on schedule, and within budget.
• Manage, execute, and add value to projects assigned by Corporate Creative manager, ensuring that needed information is identified, meetings are scheduled, resources are gathered, facts are accurate, Our Group of Companies\' values and mission are adhered to, clients are apprised of the status of their requests, and deadlines are met. Maintain focus and intent of both program and client.

• Attend and contribute creative meetings to develop strategy and propose solutions that meet and surpass client needs. Ensure product quality from rough idea to final production.
• Cultivate and maintain good relations with internal ENOC Group of Companies\' clients. Ensure clients are kept apprised of the status of their requests and that deadlines are met.
• Ensure artwork complies with the company\xe2\x80\x99s corporate strategy and the correct use of the Group identities on any communication or promotional materials by educating employees, suppliers and shareholders about the company\xe2\x80\x99s guidelines.
• Ensure process improvement by constantly monitoring and polling for feedback from internal & external clients.
• Provide expert technical advice to print/media coordinator for printing checks, photo shoots and all outside design production services.
• Advise client in writing creative briefs to ensure agreement on design strategy.
• Ensure that all electronic files transferred to print and other media vendors are complete including production values, the appropriate method of reproduction and that complete documentation is included for client approvals, in addition to working dummies and paperwork describing the specifications for the project. ,
• Design ,original layout for all the Group of Companies\' needs such as Calendars, invitation/greeting cards, posters, ... etc. Generates creative ideas for design of giveaways & promotional items such as: T-shirts, mouse pads,mugs ... etc.
• Advise in brainstorming sessions around names & logo generation for up-coming companies.
• Help in managing company\'s designs\' entry into different design and international Advertising Awards events.
• Keep track of the monthly functions budget and targets and assist in planning duties and responsibilities for team members.
• Supervise and manage Creative Executives in the function to generate high quality \'art works and ensure that clients\' expectations are met. Ensure briefs are executed smoothly by joiner team members. Coach/mentor new recruits.

Campaign Creative Management

Discuss campaign requirements with clients.

Extend concept on selected media applications

Present concepts and rationales to clients for feedback.

Brand Management Support

Ensure that all company\xe2\x80\x99s communication & creative materials comply with company\xe2\x80\x99s brand standards and assists in building brand image, loyalty & quality.

Act as a guardian of company\xe2\x80\x99s brand to ensure correct use of the identity on any communication or promotional materials (e.g. stationary items, road signs, signage)

Skills

• A University Graduate with a Degree/ Bachelor holder in Graphic Design Minimum of 5 Years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in graphic designing or art directing.
• Great exposure to the use of the Apple (MAC) with sound knowledge in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite CS in addition to web design packages such as Flash, Macromedia Director, Dream Weaver... etc.
• Background on web design & e-commerce will be an added advantage
• Computer literate in Microsoft packages (Word, PowerPoint & Excel), and able to prepare attractive corporate presentations.
• Fluent in spoken and written English/ Arabic.
• Good presentation & negotiation skills.
