JOB DESCRIPTION: We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer and Photographer to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess a strong creative vision and excellent technical skills in photography, graphic design, and video editing. To be successful in this position, you should be a self-starter, capable of delivering brilliant creative ideas, and show attention to detail. POSITION OVERVIEW: The primary responsibilities of this role will include capturing high-quality images, editing pictures and videos, creating engaging social media posts, and utilizing software tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant applications. Experience in 3D design and animation will be considered a significant advantage. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Capture high-quality photographs in a variety of settings.
• Use appropriate lighting techniques, equipment, and composition to achieve desired visual outcomes.
• Ensure timely and accurate post-production editing, including color correction, retouching, and cropping.
• Create visually appealing digital and print media designs, including social media posts, website graphics, banners, logos, and marketing collateral.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and designs that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
• Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other relevant software to produce high-quality designs.
• Shoot and edit videos for various purposes, including promotional videos, tutorials, and social media content.
• Handle video pre-production tasks such as storyboarding, scriptwriting, and location scouting.
• Conduct post-production editing, including video trimming, transitions, audio mixing, color grading, and visual effects.
• Develop engaging and visually appealing content for social media platforms, ensuring consistency with brand identity.
• Create compelling visuals and posts to promote products, services, and events.
• Monitor social media trends and implement innovative strategies to maximize engagement and reach.
• Utilize 3D design and animation techniques to create captivating visuals and animations (desirable).

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent experience in graphic design, photography, or a related field.
• Proven work experience as a graphic designer and photographer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in both areas.
• Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, including Photoshop, InDesign Quark, AutoCAD, adobe premiere, after effects, and Illustrator.
• Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
