About Role:
We are seeking a creative and intuitive Graphic Designer with strong visual design and research skills, along with a solid portfolio to join our team. You will be responsible for the execution of designs that are clear and visually compelling, develop concepts and ideas from the ground up and have a strong capacity for maintaining and executing brand guidelines.
You should be skilled in all aspects of design, with deep expertise in developing brand identity & systems, along with building creatives for digital and social marketing. The ideal candidate will be a well-rounded, self-starter, team player with good energy who has proven hands-on experience and a track record of working collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast and dynamic environment.
Duties:

• Work closely with the Marketing team in ideating and executing brand materials
• Create artful design and possess superior user interface design skills.
• Contribute ideas and design artwork to meet the overall brief and associated objectives.
• Conceptualize and create based on requirements, present new and out-of-the-box ideas for content design
• Understand how to adapt designs across different channels
• Use digital illustration, photo editing software, and layout software to create designs
• Execute design demonstrating considered layout, image composition, typography, and sophisticated use of color palette.
• Develop and enhance designs/artwork by gathering information and data to clarify design requirements.
• Project types include (not limited to): Visual development of website, digital ads, social posts and ads, sales/marketing collateral (e-guides and PowerPoints), motion graphics, data visualizations.
• Work to tight deadlines ensuring accuracy and output quality.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, prototyping techniques and external capabilities to support

Qualifications & Requirements:

• At least a years of graphic designing experience.
• Candidates must have an up-to-date portfolio.
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Aftereffects PowerPoint (Key Note) and other designing tools
• Branding experience is mandatory
• Degree in designing or similar area of study is mandatory
• Broad knowledge of key modern trends, accuracy, and attention to detail
• Knowledge of local culture and current trends, ability to create situational content.
  
• Native English speakers or proficient
• Motivated, resourceful individual with the ability to take direction and work independently; be proactive with ideas and creative solutions
• Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, Content creating programs and proficiency with technology
• Professional and positive attitude, ability to adapt to the fast-working environment
