Job Description

JOIN THE WOLVES OF REAL ESTATE Award-winning Harbor Real Estate is looking for a courageous and hardworking Graphic Designer to join our team. You will be designing a wide variety of things across digital and offline media.

Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral
Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule and ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
Establish creative direction for the company as well as brand guidelines
Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions
Perform retouching and manipulation of images and conceptualize visuals based on requirements
Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software and planning concepts by studying relevant information and materials.
Illustrating concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type, and style and submitting them for approval.
Preparing finished art by operating necessary equipment and software.
Coordinating with outside agencies, art services, web designers, marketing, printers, and colleagues as necessary.
Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed.
Communicating with concerned departments about layout and design.
Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites with software such as Photoshop.
Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary.

Qualification:

Must have a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Design or a closely related field
Experience Requirements: 2-3 Years
With Real Estate background is a must
Must have a portfolio to showcase social media work
Good organization skills
Must be able to create and plan social media calendars
Good command of written and spoken English
Must have strong experience in design software\xe2\x80\x99s like photoshop, illustrator, InDesign
Video editing is required
Report directly to the Head of Marketing
Attention to detail
Time management and the ability to cope with multiple projects at a time
Self-motivated
Open to feedback and quick delivery on any changes suggested to design
Ability to work with minimal supervision
