Job Profile
- Study design briefs and determine requirements
- Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
- Design and Develop illustrations, logos, signage, artwork, pop ups and other designs using software
- Amend designs after feedback
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
- Build new and enhance current design concepts to support retail in-store marketing.
- Collaborate with Retail, Distribution and Marketing teams, assisting design process and understanding the brand needs
- Continue to optimize, streamline, and evolve the process and brand visuals
- Support any in-store marketing campaign, set, program or launch.
- Bachelor's Degree in Design, Fine Arts or any course related
- + 3 years related experience in branding and design with a focus on retail
- Gaming knowledge preferred
- Strong portfolio of illustrations & other graphic designs
- Proficient with design software and technologies i.e., (InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop)
- Ability to work independently, problem solve and multi-task
- Ability to work methodically and can meet deadlines
- Strong understanding of visual design fundamentals and how to execute them
- Keen eye for aesthetics and details
