Responsibilities

Study design briefs and determines requirements
Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs using Adobe Creative Suite
Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each creative based on the agreed theme
Work hand in hand with digital marketing dept. to produce final design drafts for approval
Test graphics across various media & assure compatibility
Amend designs after feedback and provide a couple of options for final approval
Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand

Requirements and skills

Design and execute layouts/marketing assets for homepage features, landing pages, digital marketing, social media, site banners, packaging, product labels, newsletters, mobile, email blasts, etc.
A keen eye for aesthetics and details
Excellent communication skills & ability to deliver within given timelines
Ability to produce original ideas & deliver different creative sizing to fit in different portals
A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
Producing and editing imagery and videography is a plus
A degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field is a plus
