Graphic Designer

to join our growing team.

As a Graphic Designer at Motive Designs, you will play a key role in developing visual content for both client projects and internal brand assets. You'll work closely with the creative, fashion, and marketing teams to bring concepts to life across multiple platforms and formats.

Key Responsibilities:

Design branding materials such as logos, packaging, and brand guidelines. Create marketing assets for social media, print, and digital campaigns. Develop engaging visuals for fashion tech packs, mockups, and lookbooks. Collaborate with the marketing team to create consistent and strategic content. Ensure high-quality standards and brand consistency across all visuals. Prepare production-ready files for clothing prints (e.g., PSD/PDF formats). Participate in brainstorming and creative planning sessions. Adapt designs based on feedback and project requirements.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a graphic designer, preferably in fashion, branding, or marketing. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Strong understanding of visual composition, typography, and layout. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. Creative mindset with attention to detail and originality. Knowledge of social media trends and marketing is a plus. Experience in preparing print-ready files for apparel and packaging is preferred.

Working Hours:

Sunday to Thursday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
