Role Overview

We are seeking a talented

Graphic Designer

to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in

Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)

and

Microsoft PowerPoint

, with a strong focus on developing compelling and visually impactful presentations for both clients and executive management. The role requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex information into engaging visual content.

Key Responsibilities

Design high-quality presentations, proposals, and reports for clients, partners, and executive leadership. Develop visually engaging graphics, layouts, infographics, and marketing materials aligned with BQ Solutions' brand identity. Collaborate with business development, communications, and technical teams to ensure content is visually impactful and professional. Maintain consistency of branding, formatting, and messaging across all materials. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve quality and efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.

3-7 years of professional experience

as a Graphic Designer, preferably within corporate, consulting, or defense/technology industries. Strong proficiency in

Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)

. Excellent skills in

Microsoft PowerPoint

and presentation design. Experience creating corporate proposals, reports, and client-facing materials. Strong portfolio demonstrating design skills in presentations and corporate communications. Ability to work under pressure, manage priorities, and deliver high-quality results. Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
