The Role

About the Role We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic architecture firm. The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping our visual identity and communication strategy. You will be responsible for preparing high-quality proposals and presentations, creating and updating company profiles, and managing our social media presence across platforms such as Instagram and LinkedIn. Key Responsibilities o Design and produce compelling proposals, presentations, and marketing materials aligned with the firm's brand. o Create and maintain company profiles and other corporate collateral. o Manage and grow the firm's social media accounts (Instagram, LinkedIn), ensuring consistent branding and engaging content. o Develop creative concepts and story-driven posts to showcase projects and company culture. o Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Express) for design tasks. o Use social media design tools such as Canva and/or Figma for quick-turnaround content. o Collaborate with architects and marketing team to ensure visual consistency and storytelling. o Bonus: Edit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects for social media and presentations.



Requirements

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in architecture, design, or creative industries. o Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Express). o Familiarity with Canva and/or Figma for social media content creation. o Strong understanding of social media trends and best practices. o Excellent visual storytelling skills and ability to generate innovative ideas. o Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines. o Plus: Video editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects. Personal Attributes o Creative thinker with a passion for design and storytelling. o Strong communication and collaboration skills. o Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
