This opportunity is for a retail company that has multiple outlets across UAE. Location of Job : Jebel Ali (Dubai) Job Responsibilities:

• Create visual merchandising presentations to communicate visual guidelines including layout principles, visual dressings, signage, product displays, zoning and planograms.
• Implement the product display strategy and standards in all the stores across all the categories with the help of store Managers and floor staff.
• Measure the impact of merchandising action plans.
• Align business needs with visual presentations.
• Create merchandizing presentations for new launches.
• Maintain an updated achieve of stores, images, poster requirements and other visual assets.
• Ensure seasonal product movement floor plans are submitted and posted to appropriate channels monthly.
• Provide graphic layouts for POSM\xe2\x80\x99s like vouchers, tent cards, bill cards, hoardings as per the brand guidelines including adaptations.
• Conduct research on current and future trends in design and lifestyle, and associated target market features.
• Identify and source props that would enhance the store display pattern.
• Visit outlets to coach in-store visual merchandising/ sales teams to interpret the guidelines and training them in the execution of the visual concept; merchandising standards and techniques.
• Implement the Merchandising Marshal Program across all the stores.
• Participate in special projects as directed by the Media Team.
• Assist the Media team in events, new launches, brand study & branding.
