We are looking for a skilled and creative Graphic Designer cum Printing Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Adobe Illustrator, graphic file setup, and hands-on experience in digital printing and UV printing operations. This role requires both design proficiency and technical knowledge of machine operation and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
Create, edit, and prepare artwork and layouts using Adobe Illustrator and other design tools.
Set up and prepare print files according to production specifications.
Operate and maintain digital and UV printing machines efficiently and safely.
Perform regular maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of printing machines.
Ensure color accuracy, quality control, and timely completion of print jobs.
Collaborate with the design and production teams to meet project requirements and deadlines.
Manage materials, inks, and other consumables required for printing.
Maintain cleanliness and operational readiness of all printing equipment.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Printing Machine Operator in Luxury Retail Fit Out Industry.
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (knowledge of Photoshop or CorelDRAW is a plus).
Hands-on experience with digital printing and UV printing machines.
Strong understanding of file setup, color modes, and print resolution standards.
Knowledge of machine operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality results.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Education & Experience:
Diploma or Certification in Graphic Design or Printing Technology preferred.
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
