Graphic Designer cum Motion Graphics Specialist

Role Overview

We're seeking a versatile designer with skills in both static and motion graphics to bring our clients' brands to life across digital platforms. This role involves designing compelling visuals and short animations that boost engagement and elevate brand identity, particularly on social media.

Key Responsibilities

Create visually appealing designs, illustrations, and layouts tailored for various social media channels like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter. Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to translate client briefs into impactful visual content. Develop motion graphics, animations, and short videos that tell a story and enhance brand messaging. Ensure consistent branding and visual identity across all digital content. (Bonus) Use Figma to design and prototype user interfaces for web and social media projects. Stay current with design trends, platform updates, and creative tools to keep our content fresh and relevant. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Contribute ideas and concepts during creative brainstorming sessions and campaign planning.

Qualifications

Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in social media graphics and motion design. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro). Familiarity with Figma is a plus. Solid understanding of the visual requirements of different social media platforms. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Strong attention to detail and a sharp eye for visual storytelling. Ability to manage time effectively and work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
