We're on the hunt for a versatile and creative Graphic Designer with a strong background in real estate marketing and content production. This role blends design, videography, and digital strategy to help showcase our properties, elevate our brand, and drive qualified leads. You'll work closely with our marketing team to craft compelling visuals and campaigns that resonate with buyers, investors, and tenants.

Key Responsibilities

Design high-quality marketing materials: brochures, flyers, signage, social media graphics, and email campaigns Shoot and edit promotional videos, property walkthroughs, and lifestyle content Create engaging content for listings, ads, and real estate portals Edit and enhance property photos, floor plans, and renderings Maintain brand consistency across all visual and video assets Stay ahead of design and digital trends in real estate and luxury marketing Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute ad campaigns across Meta, Google, and other platforms Assist in generating leads through visually-driven campaigns and landing pages

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Multimedia, or related field Minimum 1+ years of experience in graphic design and content creation, preferably in real estate. Strong portfolio showcasing real estate-related design and video work Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) Experience in videography, video editing, and motion graphics Familiarity with digital marketing tools and ad platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads) Strong understanding of lead generation strategies and conversion-focused design Excellent time management and multitasking skills Bonus: Experience with drone videography or 3D visualization
