Job Summary We're looking for fresh, talented Graphic Designers who are ready to kick ass alongside our creative OGs. It's an amazing time to join Tactical as we continue to deliver game-changing social experiences for some of the best brands in the world. This is where you come in. You'll have experience in social media focused graphic design and bring the flair, ideas and skills to deliver innovative experiencesxe2x80xa6no Comic Sans around here. This role requires a deep understanding of all social and digital platforms, from best practice to user behaviours, as well as knowing the latest trends and opportunities across all platforms and relevant regions. Who you are:
You have 2-3 years of experience in Graphic Design
You have strong visual and conceptual skills, with the technical ability behind the computer to back this up
You've got a desire to grow and learn more about workflows, pushing design thinking and working with different visual styles
You love working as part of a creative team and bouncing ideas off each other to produce the best possible work
You have experience in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign and After Effects. Animation skills are a HUGE plus but not a necessity (if you have references of this make sure you show us)
You're an excellent communicator
Being an Arabic speaker gets you BIG bonus points
What youll do:
Respond to creative design briefs for ongoing projects and client pitches
Be proactive and continue to bring forward ideas, both big and small, to pitch to clients
Respond to in-house and client feedback in a professional and timely manner
Handle ad hoc projects with quick turnaround times when necessary
Keep up to date with media production for mobile, online and social media platforms. Know the technical specifications and best practices for each of them
Participate in pitch processes and brainstorming sessions with the wider team
Maintain an organised file structure and data management system that allows all team members to easily access project files and cat pictures on the central storage space
Stay up to date with current design trends and always be on the lookout for new techniques, styles and cool, shiny tricks
