About the Role:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of work, a passion for design, and the ability to bring ideas to life across various media.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and produce engaging graphics for digital and print materials including brochures, social media content, website banners, email campaigns, ads, and presentations. Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and deliver on brand visual solutions. Maintain brand consistency across all marketing collateral. Edit and retouch images as needed. Stay updated on industry trends and apply best practices in visual storytelling. Assist in developing concepts and visuals for campaigns and product launches. Prepare final files for production and work with vendors/printers if needed.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field. Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role. Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.). Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing is a plus (After Effects, Premiere Pro). Understanding of digital design principles, including responsive web and mobile graphics. Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and time management skills. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of UI/UX fundamentals. Experience working in real estate, tech, or fast-paced creative environments. Familiarity with tools like Canva, Figma, or Sketch.
