Mokan Properties LLC is a fast growing real estate brokerage based in Dubai, specializing in luxury off-plan and secondary market properties from top developers.
We are looking for a creative and passionate Graphic Designer and Video Editor Intern to join our marketing team and contribute to our real estate campaigns.
Role Overview
As a Graphic Designer Intern, you will work closely with our team to design engaging property visuals for digital campaigns, social media, brochures, and landing pages. This internship offers real world experience in Dubai's competitive property market while helping you build an impressive portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Design property brochures, social media posts, and digital ad creatives.
Edit property photos and videos for listings on our website and portals (Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle).
Create visual content for Instagram, TikTok, and paid ad campaigns.
Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines and deliver high visual impact.
Requirements
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar tools (Canva, CapCut, Figma).
Creativity, strong attention to detail, and passion for design.
Good sense of visual storytelling and marketing appeal.
Interest in real estate or property marketing is a plus.
