Bradford International Alliance is looking for a creative and versatile

Graphic Designer & Animator

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing engaging visuals, motion graphics, and animations to support marketing campaigns, social media, corporate events, and academic programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and produce high-quality graphics, illustrations, layouts, and visual assets for digital (web, social media, email) and print (brochures, packaging, banners, etc.). Collaborate with marketing and content teams to deliver creative solutions for campaigns and projects. Maintain brand consistency across all creative outputs. Develop new design concepts, graphics, and layouts in line with project requirements. Prepare rough drafts and present ideas for feedback and approval. Stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies to bring innovative ideas. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Work with external vendors (printers, production houses) when required.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience ((Min. 4 years) as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio. Proficiency in design software: Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, XD, After Effects is a plus). Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles. Knowledge of digital design, social media creatives, and responsive design. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent attention to detail and creativity.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

Motion graphics and video editing skills. Experience with UI/UX design. Knowledge of Canva, Figma, or similar design tools. Photography, InDesign and illustration, skills.
