We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphics Designer to create visually appealing graphics for a variety of media. The ideal candidate will have experience in graphic design and a strong portfolio showcasing their skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and design creative graphics for various digital and print media, including websites, social media, advertisements, brochures, and presentations. Designing visual content such as graphics, images, and videos for various social media channels. Coordinating and scheduling posts across various social media platforms. Planning and scheduling content ahead of time to ensure consistency and timely posting. Assisting influencers with content creation by providing ideas, feedback, and support. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality visual solutions. Create and maintain design assets, ensuring consistency across all platforms and materials. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and maintaining a high standard of quality. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices to continually enhance design processes and outcomes. Incorporate feedback from team members to refine and improve designs. Ensure all designs align with the company's brand guidelines and voice.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Proven experience as a Graphics Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design styles and techniques. Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Sketch Up, or similar tools. Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
