Conceptualize & Design:

Create visual concepts that align with brand identity and project objectives.

Brand Consistency:

Ensure all designs follow established brand guidelines across digital and print platforms.

Creative Assets:

Design marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, social media posts, banners, and presentations.

Digital Content:

Develop graphics for websites, email campaigns, and online ads.

Print Production:

Prepare final artwork for printing, ensuring accuracy in layout, typography, and color.

Collaboration:

Work closely with marketing, product, and content teams to translate ideas into compelling visuals.

Feedback & Iteration:

Revise designs based on stakeholder feedback while maintaining creative integrity.

Software Proficiency:

Use industry-standard tools (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; Figma; Canva).

File Management:

Organize and maintain design files for easy access and version control.

UX/UI Support:

Assist in designing user interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications.

Motion Graphics (Optional):

Create simple animations or video edits when required.

Market Research:

Stay updated on design trends, competitor visuals, and emerging technologies.

Creative Strategy:

Contribute ideas to campaigns and branding initiatives.

Problem-Solving:

Translate complex ideas into simple, visually appealing designs.

Time Management:

Handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Strong communication and presentation skills. Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Adaptability to fast-paced and evolving project requirements.
