Duties

Develop and design branding materials that reflect the company's vision and values. Create visually appealing web designs, ensuring a seamless user experience. Utilise Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects, to produce high-quality graphics. Design digital content for various marketing campaigns, including social media graphics and email templates. Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualise and execute promotional materials. Engage in UI design to enhance user interaction on our digital platforms. Edit videos and photographs to ensure they align with our brand aesthetics. Work with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress to implement designs on websites. Participate in presentations to communicate design concepts effectively using tools like Figma and InVision. Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative techniques into your work.

Experience

The successful candidate will possess the following skills and experience:

Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), CorelDRAW, Figma, Sketch, and Adobe After Effects. Strong understanding of web design principles, including HTML and CSS. Familiarity with JavaScript is advantageous but not essential. Experience in photography and video editing is preferred. A solid background in branding and digital design is essential. Excellent presentation skills with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly. Knowledge of marketing strategies and their application in graphic design is beneficial.
