Role Overview

We are seeking a

Creative Graphic Designer

who is not only skilled in video production and motion graphics but also has a strong background in

graphic design

and the ability to handle

videography

when needed. This role is ideal for a creative professional who can bring fresh ideas to life through engaging visual content that strengthens Polychem's brand identity.

Key Responsibilities

Develop creative video content for campaigns, websites, and social media platforms. Shoot, capture, and edit video content, including product showcases, events, and interviews. Edit raw footage into professional, high-quality videos with sound, transitions, and effects. Design and animate motion graphics to enhance storytelling. Create engaging graphic designs and layouts for digital and print use. Collaborate with the marketing and management teams to align creative outputs with business goals. Ensure consistent brand identity across all creative deliverables. Stay updated on design, video, and multimedia trends.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Media, Design, Film, Animation, or related field (preferred). 2-4 years of proven experience in

video design, graphic design, and videography

. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Hands-on experience with cameras, lighting, and audio equipment. Strong creative visualization and storytelling abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on deadlines. Portfolio showcasing a mix of video, graphics, and motion design work.
