About Us:

MIH Home is a reputable building materials company under the MIH Group, based in Ajman, UAE. We specialize in providing high-quality construction and home improvement products. We are currently hiring a personal Assistant (PA) with Graphic Design skills to support our senior management team.

Key Responsibilities:

Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout design Branding and identity design UI/UX basics (if applicable) Motion graphics (After Effects, Premiere Pro - optional) Design promotional materials, social media posts, and product visuals using Adobe InDesign, Figma, etc. Maintain organized records, email communications, and filing systems. Provide daily administrative and personal support to senior management. Coordinate meetings, travel, and appointments, Assist in preparing documents, reports, and presentations
Requirements:

Must be fluent in English and Hindi/Urdu Gender: Female Candidates (Only) Age: Below 27 Languages: Fluent in English, Hindi, and Urdu Experience: 1-2 years in a PA or administrative role Computer Skills: Microsoft Office (Advance Level), Adobe InDesign, Figma Soft Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities Personality: Active, presentable, and dependable
