InPage, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other design tools

Key Responsibilities:
Design high-quality
social media posts, flyers, brochures, and marketing materials
for real estate promotions.
Create professional layouts using
InPage and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)
.
Manage and update the company's
social media platforms
(Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
Prepare and organize
real estate contracts, company letters, and NOCs
.
Receive and record invoices
, maintain documentation, and coordinate with the accounts department.
Handle
daily administrative tasks
, including correspondence, filing, and document control.
Work closely with the marketing and management teams to ensure brand consistency.
Support office operations and assist with marketing campaigns as required.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a
Graphic Designer
and
Administrative Assistant
.
Proficiency in
InPage, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva
, and related tools.
Strong communication skills in
English or Hindi
.
Basic understanding of
contracts and invoice handling
.
Good knowledge of
social media content creation and scheduling
.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in
real estate, marketing, or advertising companies
is an advantage.
Ability to work independently and deliver creative ideas under deadlines.
