As a Graphic Designer, you are instrumental in translating creative concepts into visually compelling designs. Your role at the regional office involves crafting a range of visual materials, from digital assets to print collateral, ensuring brand consistency and adherence to design standards. Collaborating with the marketing team, you play a key part in bringing ideas to life through innovative and impactful design solutions.

Key Job Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Director of Marketing & Communications / Marketing & Communications Manager to understand design requirements and objectives. Conceptualize and create visually appealing and on-brand graphics for various marketing materials, including digital and print assets. Translate conceptual ideas into high-quality design solutions, ensuring a consistent and cohesive visual identity. Produce engaging and effective designs for a range of platforms, including social media, websites, presentations, and promotional materials. Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain a high standard of quality and creativity. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and project timelines. Stay updated on design trends, tools, and industry best practices to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the team. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and contribute creative input. Work closely with printers, photographers, and other external partners to ensure the successful execution of design projects. Review and provide feedback on design drafts, making necessary revisions based on feedback from stakeholders. Assist in maintaining a visual asset library and organizing design files for easy accessibility. Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the visual representation of the brand across various channels and touchpoints. Operate in a safe and environmentally friendly manner to safeguard the health and safety of colleagues, as well as contribute to environmental conservation. * Adhere to the company's environmental, health, and safety procedures and policies.
