Role Scope

Area(s) of Responsibility

Key Activities

Graphic Creation



Create and develop innovative graphic designs for entertainment projects, including event branding, promotional materials, and environmental graphics.





Brand Guidelines Adherence



Study and learn the different brand guidelines to ensure that brand identities are maintained and applied correctly across all design materials.



Visual Development



Develop and communicate the creative vision for projects, ensuring consistency across all visual elements and alignment with brand guidelines. Assist in the preparation of visual aids, such as mood boards, storyboards, and presentations, for client meetings and internal reviews.



Software knowledge



Work on a wide range of projects and media, using various design software to bring creative ideas to life. Stay updated on the latest design trends and tools to ensure that work is contemporary and innovative.





Teamwork



Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure that all designs align with the projectaEUR(TM)s creative vision and brand guidelines. Work closely with team members, contributing to a collaborative environment that fosters creativity and efficiency, while supporting the overall goals of the department.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills

Education and Qualifications

Essential:

Professional qualification in Graphic Design, Art, Design, or a related field. Proven experience with graphic design, with a strong portfolio of work.

Desirable:

Degree in Art, Design, or a related field; experience with developing creative solutions for regional or global brands; proficiency in both English and Arabic is a plus.

Years of Experience

Essential:

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in art and design.

Desirable:

Experience in the entertainment industry, particularly in theme parks, attractions, or live events. Worked in the UAE or GCC countries in a marketing environment.

Knowledge, Languages and Skills

Essential:

Proven experience with graphic design, with a strong portfolio of work. Expert in Adobe Design SoftwareaEUR(TM)s ( Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Adobe Premiere). Able to multi-task. Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Resourceful, pro-active, and innovative thinker. Proficiency in writing, speaking, and understanding the English language. Excellent communicator. Solid attention to detail & Deep organizational skills.

Desirable:

3D software knowledge (Sketch, Revit, AutoCAD) and Animation skills (After effects). Fluent Arabic speaker and Writer.
