We're Hiring: Graphic Designer / Social Media Marketer

Cybrex is expanding, and we're looking for a creative powerhouse who can design, strategize, and execute digital campaigns that make brands stand out. If you live and breathe visuals, social media, and performance-driven marketing, we want you on the team.

What You'll Do:

- Design high-impact creatives for social media, web, and digital campaigns

- Manage and grow brand presence across social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)

- Plan and execute content calendars aligned with brand goals and trends

- Track analytics and performance metrics to optimize reach and engagement

- Collaborate with marketing and web teams to maintain brand consistency and creative excellence

Who You Are

- Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects) or equivalent tools

- Skilled in Social Media Management tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar)

- Creative, detail-oriented, and efficient.

- Understands the balance between aesthetics and performance marketing

Nice to Haves:

- Experience in photography and videography (and editing as well)

- Concrete understanding of good industry practices with UX and UI

- Familiarity with AI design tools (Midjourney, Runway, ChatGPT, etc.)

- Photo/video editing for campaigns and ad creatives

- Knowledge of paid ad campaign optimization
