Role Summary

You'll craft engaging content and marketing materials across digital and print platforms, helping our Marketing, Sales, Brand, and Communications teams tell the TGT story with clarity and style. Key Responsibilities

Create and deliver visual content and artwork for various internal and external materials, including brochures, presentations, social media, and digital channels. Ensure all designs align with TGT's brand guidelines, maintaining consistency across all touchpoints. Support the production of materials for industry events, exhibitions, and customer workshops. Design infographics, icons, and other visual elements to simplify and enhance technical or conceptual information. Provide artwork and layout support for print and digital campaigns. Edit images and videos when required, ensuring high-quality visual standards. Manage and maintain a well-organized library of digital assets and design templates. Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to deliver materials on time and within scope. Apply precision and attention to detail to ensure consistency and accuracy across all outputs. Stay updated on design trends, best practices, and tools to continuously improve creative quality.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field. Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer in an agency or corporate environment. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro). Strong sense of design, layout, and typography with attention to brand alignment and detail. Experience creating infographics, icons, and digital content for web and social media. Basic understanding of animation or 3D tools (e.g., 3DS Max, Blender) is a plus. Strong organizational and time management skills; able to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about visual communication. Proactive, reliable, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
