Ohana Real Estate development and construction is a dynamic and fast-growing company dedicated to delivering impactful visual experiences. We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with at least 4 years of professional experience to join our team and help bring our brand to life across digital and print channels.

Key Responsibilities

Create visually engaging designs for digital platforms, print materials, branding, advertisements, and social media. Develop and maintain brand consistency across all projects. Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to support campaign initiatives. Translate concepts into clear, compelling designs that meet business goals. Prepare and finalize files for production (print and digital). Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and techniques. Manage multiple projects with varying deadlines and priorities.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field. Minimum of 4 years of professional graphic design experience. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work (digital, print, branding). Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Experience with web design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD) is a plus. Solid understanding of layout, typography, and color theory. Excellent communication and time management skills. Ability to take feedback constructively and iterate quickly.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in a creative agency or fast-paced marketing environment. Motion graphics or video editing skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro). Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
