Position: Graphic Designer Job Location: Abu Dhabi Role overview Reports directly to the Marketing Specialist, the Graphic Designer will support in conceptualizing and executing visually appealing designs across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles, excellent proficiency in graphic design tools, particularly Photoshop, and the ability to think out of the box to create unique and engaging designs. Duties & Responsibilities \xc2\xb7 Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience \xc2\xb7 Conceptualize and design visually compelling graphics, illustrations, layouts, and other creative elements for both print and digital media \xc2\xb7 Develop and maintain brand identity guidelines, ensuring consistency across all design collateral \xc2\xb7 Create engaging and eye-catching designs for marketing campaigns, social media platforms, website, email newsletters, advertisements, brochures, banners, signage, and other marketing materials \xc2\xb7 Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and industry best practices to continuously enhance design quality \xc2\xb7 Conduct photo editing and retouching as needed \xc2\xb7 Collaborate with external printing vendors to ensure the quality of printed materials. \xc2\xb7 Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines \xc2\xb7 Work closely with other team members to brainstorm ideas, provide constructive feedback, and contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment Minimum Qualifications & Experience: \xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree or Higher Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field \xc2\xb7 Minimum 3-5 years in a similar capacity, previous experience as Graphic Designer, having related experience in the sports or hospitality industry is a plus \xc2\xb7 Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of creative designs across various platforms \xc2\xb7 Proficiency in graphic design tools, particularly Adobe Photoshop \xc2\xb7 Solid understanding of design principles, layout, color theory, and typography \xc2\xb7 Excellent attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality designs within tight deadlines \xc2\xb7 Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills \xc2\xb7 Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment \xc2\xb7 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills \xc2\xb7 Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and other graphic design software is a plus .
