Black & Grey HR is currently recruiting on behalf of a top-tier developer in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Our client is seeking a Graphic Designer who will be responsible for creating and designing both print and digital materials, establishing the creative direction, and ensuring the timely completion of projects with a high standard of quality.

- Generate creative ideas and concepts for visual communication aligned with project objectives using software applications like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or other relevant tools.

- Develop and implement graphic design solutions, which may include illustrations, graphs, infographics, and multimedia elements, tailored to meet the needs for use in marketing, sales, and various communication platforms.

- Ensure that the layout and design conform to the brand and production standards while adhering to best practices.

- Gather, analyze, and interpret data from various Corporate Marketing & Communications channels to evaluate performance, derive insights, and make recommendations for data-driven optimization.

- Monitor user engagement and propose content improvements.

- Collaborate with the Senior Associate of Graphic Design to establish creative direction, adhere to brand guidelines, and uphold graphic standards.

- Work alongside Corporate Marketing & Communications team members, such as content creators, graphic designers, and web developers, to ensure the smooth execution of projects.

- Support the Projects Marketing team and senior management in decision-making by providing reports, data visualizations, and presentations.

- Assist the Senior Associate, Graphic Design in managing Google AdWords, social media ads, design campaigns, and offer monthly reports to the Director of Projects Marketing.

- Manage projects, prioritize tasks, estimate timelines, and communicate potential challenges to relevant stakeholders.

- Keep up to date with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in design and digital analytics.

Requirements

- A Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in Fine Arts, Graphic Design/Animation, or related fields, with a preference for a Masters degree.

- Any additional certifications relevant to the industry or the nature of the work would be advantageous.

- Excellent proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

- Excellent understanding of branding, marketing, and social media best practices.

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role involving Marketing, Event/Brand management in the real estate industry with a top-tier developer, with at least 1+ year of experience in the UAE.

- Proven technical expertise in graphic design and expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite 3 & 4, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat - Professional, and After Effects.
