Job Description

Quick Graphics Printing Press LLC is seeking a highly creative and talented Graphic Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs that meet the needs of our clients, including brochures, flyers, posters, banners, packaging, and promotional materials. Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and translate them into visually appealing designs that meet their needs.

Design and create high-quality artwork, graphics, and layouts using Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

Prepare and format artwork files for printing, ensuring that they meet the necessary specifications and guidelines.

Manage and prioritize multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring that they are completed within the specified timeline and budget.

Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and software to continually improve the quality and efficiency of design projects.

Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the printing process, including color management, file types, and production requirements.

Work with the sales team to provide creative input and solutions for customer projects, helping to grow and expand our business.

Ensure that all design projects meet the highest standards of quality, accuracy, and consistency.

Qualifications:

Bachelor\'s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

2-3 years of local UAE experience in graphic design, preferably in a printing press or similar industry.

Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.

Experience with pre-press and print production processes, including file preparation and color management.
