Role Description: Trustline is seeking a graphic designer to collaborate with our social media and strategic management teams to create engaging professional content for our clientele and company. This includes, but is not limited to, social media posts, exclusive website content, and graphic video advertisements across all major platforms. You will be responsible as a graphic designer for understanding the existing Trustline aesthetic design and incorporating our core values into the content you create. You will primarily be responsible for elevating and expanding our social media advertising, where your vision will inspire the creation and execution of static and motion projects that span our marketing channels. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented individual to gain start-up experience as we are growing fast and the potential for earning department head status is very viable. Responsibilities:

• Ability to explain work processes and decisions to both clients and team members, using their feedback to produce the desired product.

• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements.

• Create video and motion graphics style frames, transitions, visualizations, and effects.

• Develop illustrations, logos, layouts, infographics, and other designs using software or by hand.

• Help foster a culture of design excellence by setting a consistently high bar for execution and delivery of highly engaging experiences across all customer touchpoints.
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas.
• Schedule projects and define budget constraints.

• Test designs and graphics across various media.

• To develop designs that reflect Trustline's brand personality.

• Translate business marketing objectives into designs that are clear, compelling, visually exciting, uplift our products and/or values, and are emotionally compelling.

• Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelors Degree in Design is a must, however actual work experience is not required.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Conceptual thinker.
• Self-taught, curious, fast learner.
• Outstanding visual design skills.
• Strong portfolio.
