To apply a variety of branding and signage materials--such as vinyl, flex, canvas, window graphics, vehicle wraps, and more--on different surfaces with precision and quality, ensuring professional f finishing and alignment with project specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Apply branding materials (vinyl, flex, canvas, see-through, reflective, lamination films, etc.) on various surfaces including:
o Vehicles (cars, buses, trucks)
o Walls, windows, acrylic, aluminum, wood, and other structures
o Signboards, billboards, kiosks, and exhibition stands
Ensure proper surface cleaning and preparation before application.
Operate tools such as heat guns, squeegees, cutters, measuring tapes, and drills with care and accuracy.
Handle lamination (cold and hot if required) and ensure bubble-free, wrinkle-free finishing.
Work on both indoor and outdoor installations.
Follow job sheets, mockups, and production instructions accurately.
Report material issues, design mismatches, or surface challenges to supervisors.

Coordinate with designers and production teams to ensure correct implementation.
Maintain tools, work area, and materials in good condition.
Adhere strictly to health, safety, and quality standards.
Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an applicator in the signage, digital printing, or branding industry.
Strong skills in vehicle branding and large-format applications.

Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Attention to detail and a high standard of finishing.
Good physical condition and ability to work at heights if needed.
Basic understanding of installation drawings and visual references.
Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, or night shifts based on project deadlines.
