• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field from an accredited university
• Strong academic performance or prior internship/work experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• 0-2 years of professional experience in finance or related discipline
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
