Overview

The Graduate Project Manager will assist senior managers in project planning, coordination, financial control, risk management, and reporting. The position also involves supporting design reviews, managing sub-consultants, and ensuring technical coordination across disciplines.

Your role

-------------

Help in the overall management of the project. Support in the preparation of the project quality plan. Help in the preparation of progress reports. Aid in project planning and programme updates. Help the project manager in the financial control of the project. Maintain risk register. Instigate design reviews. Aid in the appointment and management of all required sub-consultants or other services. Help in the technical co-ordination with discipline heads.

About you

Technical Competencies

Experience in Engineering Design. Must be familiar with design, tender and construction processes. Reasonable knowledge of the following software: project planning software and MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Behavioural Competencies

Experience in working within a team. Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Ability to work within a multi-disciplinary design team. Able to make decisions, act on own initiative and operate in a proactive way.

Education & Experience

Degree qualified - minimum requirement of BE or other professional qualification. Family book is mandatory for UAE nationals.
