Key Responsibilities

• Support Senior Project Managers in coordinating daily project delivery activities.
• Assist in proposal preparation, tender documentation, and submission procedures.
• Develop project execution plans, timelines, and organization charts.
• Coordinate effectively with internal design teams and project stakeholders.
• Monitor progress and ensure project deliverables align with defined outcomes.
• Support governance and control processes for program management.
• Contribute to budget tracking and reporting on resource utilization.
• Assist in risk identification, issue resolution, and stakeholder communication.
• Prepare status reports and maintain accurate project documentation.
• Gain experience in transportation planning, highways, geotechnical, and structural projects.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited university.
• Recent 2024 or 2025 graduate with a minimum GPA of 2.8 or equivalent.
• Strong interest in infrastructure, design, and project management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
• Detail-oriented and eager to learn project coordination principles.
• Must be a UAE National holding a valid Family Book.
