Position Overview
AECOM Middle East is inviting ambitious UAE Nationals to join its 2025 Graduate Program under the Fursa initiative. As a Graduate Project Coordinator, you will assist senior project managers in delivering high-impact civil infrastructure projects while gaining practical experience in planning, coordination, and design support across key areas such as transportation, highways, geotechnical, and structural engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Senior Project Managers with day-to-day project coordination and delivery tasks.
• Assist in preparing proposals, tender submissions, and project execution documentation.
• Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Develop and update project plans, schedules, and status reports.
• Contribute to resource management and project budgeting activities.
• Participate in program governance, progress tracking, and quality control processes.
• Monitor risks, identify challenges, and support mitigation strategies.
• Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of project documents and progress reports.
• Gain multidisciplinary exposure to transportation, urban planning, and structural projects.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited university.
• Recent graduate (2024 or 2025) with a minimum GPA of 2.8 or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to multitask.
• Eagerness to learn project coordination and management principles.
• Must be a UAE National holding a valid Family Book as per Emiratisation guidelines.
