Key Responsibilities

• Participate in six-month generalist rotations followed by a 12-month functional specialization
• Contribute to business operations, project support, and performance reporting
• Assist with project management, data analysis, and stakeholder communication
• Prepare presentations and participate in strategic decision-making sessions
• Collaborate cross-functionally across business units
• Attend training sessions, workshops, and leadership development programs
• Support sustainability, marketing, or design initiatives depending on placement
• Actively contribute to a culture of innovation, teamwork, and excellence

Job Requirements

• UAE national with a valid family book
• Recent graduate or final year student in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate, or related fields
• Demonstrated internships or prior work experience preferred
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
