About the Role

Are you passionate about fintech and excited to dive into the fast-paced world of startups? We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Product Analyst to join our Business & Product team. Over the next three months, you'll get hands-on experience working on innovative fintech solutions, collaborating with experienced Product Managers, and contributing to impactful product development projects. From creating product documentation to testing new features and supporting project management, you'll play a critical role in building cutting-edge fintech products.

What You'll DoDocumentation

Create and maintain detailed product documentation, including feature specifications, user guides, and FAQs. Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Use Case Testing

Test features of fintech applications to ensure functionality, usability, and compliance with requirements. Document test cases, identify bugs, and collaborate with the development team to resolve issues.

Project Management Support

Assist in planning, tracking, and monitoring product development timelines and deliverables. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.

Research & Analysis

Conduct competitive research to identify trends and opportunities in the fintech industry. Collect and analyze user feedback to help prioritize product improvements.

What We're Looking For

Education

Recently graduated with a degree in Business, Project Management, Computer Science, or a related field.

Must be a local graduate in Qatar or QID holder.

Skills

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Basic understanding of product management principles and agile methodologies. Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Slack, and Figma is a plus. Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.

Experience

Knowledge of fintech applications or financial services is a bonus. Previous internship or experience in product development, project management, or related roles is a big advantage.
