Graduate Development at GHD

GHD\xe2\x80\x99s Graduate Program is aimed at developing our future leaders and technical specialists.

During the course of our two-year global graduate development programme our Graduates will work with our teams developing skills across a wide variety of projects in the Water, Energy, Industrial, Property and Buildings sectors both in the UAE and overseas. Your contribution will make a positive lasting benefit to the environment and our communities.

Whilst learning about our business, our values, your team, and most importantly, yourself you will develop your decision-making, communication, technical and leadership skills.

We offer mentoring and a variety of development activities, providing on the job experience and exposure to a diverse range of projects, as well as support towards gaining chartered status within your field.

About the Position

Based in the Abu Dhabi office

You will get involved in a portfolio of different projects and apply your newly acquired skills in a range of environments. Your role will develop as your knowledge of our business increases.

To deliver against these responsibilities you will demonstrate:

• An honours degree in relevant subject area
• Understanding of the application of Engineering principles and design development
• Previous use of Computer Aided Design and Modelling
• Be a problem solver and collaborative teammate with good communication skills

Duties of a Graduate Architect are:

• Developing 3D models of building designs, Using Revit. BIM and other softwares
• Developing construction drawings and models

Requirements

• Must have a bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Architecture.
• Should have a diverse academic project portfolio.
• Should be able to work on Revit and other Architecture software.

Excellent communication skills.
