Assists in developing design concepts, presentations and technical drawings Support in preparing FF&E schedules, specifications and sample boards Participate in site visits, and coordination with contractors and suppliers Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers and contractors to ensure timely delivery and installation Research materials, finishes, furnishings and design trends Ensure all work aligns with project briefs, timelines and budget requirements Prepare FF&E documentation packages Collaborate closely with the wider design team to integrate FF&E selections seamleselly into overall design concepts Provide general support to the design and FF&E teams in day-to-day tasks

Qualifications

Bachelor's or master's degree in interior design or architecture Proficiency in AutoCAD or Revit, SketchUp and Adobe Creative suit (Photoshop, InDesign) Strong communication and presentation skills Passion for design innovation, detail orientation and eagerness to learn Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment * Ability to multitask and manage responsibilities across different project stages
