Position Overview:

To analyze and structure organizational data to generate meaningful insights that support management reporting, performance monitoring, and informed business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze organizational data and prepare structured reports for management review. Work on Excel-based data analysis, summaries, and dashboards. Perform basic trend studies and comparative analysis to support business decisions. Assist in identifying data patterns, variations, gaps, and improvement opportunities. Maintain structured datasets and ensure consistency across reports and dashboards. Validate data accuracy and perform basic data checks before reporting. Support preparation of periodic performance and management of information reports. Follow standard reporting formats and internal data control practices. Support continuous improvement of reporting templates and data analysis methods.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Civil / Chemical / Industrial or similar).

Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience.

Skills & Competencies

Strong proficiency in MS Excel (advanced formulas, lookups, pivot tables). Knowledge of Power BI / dashboards (preferred). Strong interest in data analysis and data structuring. Strong coordination skills to work across multiple engineers and teams. High attention to detail and ownership mindset.
