Key Responsibilities
Support senior engineers in performing design, analysis, and reporting for ongoing projects.
Assist with engineering computations, material quantity take-offs, and cost estimations.
Prepare or contribute to technical documents, drawings, and specifications.
Participate in multidisciplinary project coordination and planning sessions.
Assist in reviewing supplier drawings, bid documents, and technical submissions.
Provide inputs to CAD and CAE design teams to ensure design accuracy and consistency.
Participate in site inspections, surveys, and data collection activities.
Contribute to project documentation, reports, and stakeholder communications.
Ensure adherence to Parsons' safety, quality, and sustainability standards.
Engage in training rotations across Engineering, Project Controls, and Construction Management functions to build broad technical and management exposure.
Ideal Profile
Bachelor's degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering (or related discipline).
0-3 years of experience, with strong academic performance and technical aptitude.
Basic knowledge of engineering design principles and project workflows.
Familiarity with CAD/CAE tools and standard office software applications.
Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
Proactive and adaptable team player with a strong commitment to learning.
Must be a UAE National with a valid family book.
