Responsibilities
Our newest opportunity is for a talented Graduate Engineer (Kuwaiti National), to join us on an iconic project in Kuwait. The successful candidate will be part of a large supervision team that will ensure that work carried out by various 3rd parties, is meeting the project scope in all aspects.
We envisage success in this role to include;
Assisting senior engineers and project managers with on-site supervision of construction activities, ensuring compliance with project plans and specifications.
Conducting daily site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and ensure quality standards are met for civil, mechanical, or electrical installations.
Documenting site observations, progress reports, and non-conformance issues clearly and accurately.
Reviewing engineering drawings, specifications, and project documents to understand project requirements and design intent.
Communicating effectively with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to relay instructions and gather information.
Verifying that materials used on-site meet the required specifications and quality standards.
Supporting the implementation of health, safety, and environmental protocols on the construction site.
Learning and applying relevant construction codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
Participating in site meetings, contributing to discussions and taking accurate minutes.
Developing foundational engineering skills through hands-on experience and mentorship from experienced professionals. Qualifications
To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include experience from graduate level to a maximum of 5 years post graduate experience, partnered with a Bachelors Degree in an Engineering field such as civil, mechanical or electrical studies.
